Absorb All Elements
Give one of your character's GF Elem-DefX4 and junction that person with 100 Ultima, 100 Life, 100 Full-Life and 100 Flare. Then, your character will absorb all 8 elements and you completely absorb fire, ice and thunder.

1. 1st floor of the D-District Prison.
2. Defeat Fujin and Raijin in Balamb without mugging.
3. From the girl who has a crush on Zell, in the Balamb Hotel.
4. 2nd visit to Esthar, from Esthar soldier.
5. Lunatic Pandora as Squall.

Deep Sea Research Center
At the very bottom-left corner of the world map, there is a Deep Sea Research Center where you can get Bahamut GF, Eden GF and fight the Ultima Weapon.

Easy AP
Go to Cactaur Island and earn 20 AP for each Cactaur that is defeated in battle. Cactaur Island is a small island, covered in desert, where you can also obtain the Jumbo Cactuar GF.

Free Potions
Get Rinoa in the party, then go to the bridge in Timber town where you saw the guards. Keep returning until a man appears. Talk to him, then talk to him a second time to receive a Potion. Leave the screen and return until he appears again and repeat as required.

No Random Battles
Use the magical lamp to begin a battle with Diablos. Defeat Diablos and you will acquire him as a guardian force. Next, make Diablos learn the 'No Encounter' ability, then use this ability. Alternatively, on the world map, if you always walk on roads, train tracks, or use a car, you will not have any random battles.

Occult Fan Locations

1. Inside the Library in Balamb Garden, from one of the bookcases.
2. From the Pub owner in Dollet.
3. From the Master Fisherman as soon as you reach Fisherman's Horizon (down the ladder on the third screen).
4. From the Presidential Aide in the Presidential Palace in Esthar.

• Balamb Hotel: Upstairs, in the room you sleep in.
