Metal Gear Solid Cheats

Stealth Suit
When you get to the torture chamber, press Select, then beat the game and watch the credits until it asks you to save the game. Then, save the game and play that game, you will now find a stealth suit and camera in your inventory.

Camera
Look above or alternatively get a level 4 card and go to where you fought ocelot and look for another wall to blow up, inside is two surveillance camera and two doors. In one of the doors there is ammo and in the other is the camera.

Bandana (infinite ammo)
Get to the torture scene and do not give up, then, beat the game and watch the credits until it asks you to save the game, save the game and then play it and you will have a bandanna which, when equipped will give you infinite ammo.

Beat Rex
Before Rex wakes up, run between his legs and follow him until he stops moving, then shoot the raydome with your stingers, then do the same for the cockpit.

Beat Psycho Mantis
Plug controller into port 2, the screen will stop and say 'Hideo' twice, then you can play.

Beat Sniper Wolf (second time)
Run to the far right and use nikita rockets to kill her. This is easier when holding Triangle for first person view.

Get Stingers
Run to the wall with the rope equipped and press X, you will than rappel down the side, now use C4 on the door. Do not go in yet, go to the left and use nikitas to manoeuvre around the corner to kill the guards. The guards will come back a few times, so keep shooting until they are all gone, then go in the door, get the rockets and run all the way down and then all the way back up, otherwise you will be blocked by boxes.
