It's good to see that Nexus is listed here and both the SP and MP demos are a blast. Some of the info you have listed needs a little update. 
cdv has nothing to do with Nexus, and that is a good thing. cdv only had it under the name IG3 and Galaxy Andromedia but canceled the project over a year ago.
HD Interactive supported mithis in the original design concept of a tactcal Capital ship game, which is what the original design was.
The release date for Europe and the UK is correct, however North America date is Feb. 2005 and will be released through VUgames (ie Sierra).
Just thought you would like to know.
