You have to get Gordie Puck to take the letter to paridise island first and then he'll give you keys to his boat. Take the boat, You'll find the dancing nutria on a little island by the bayou. |

After you get the bout it will be down the stairs next to the city apartment...then you go under the bridge.. then go under another bridge and look around for little things poppin up. (they look like beavers)
