Gradually axing the query strings...

I've used mod_rewrite to remove the query strings from the topic view pages.

So what was
http://www.ngaming.co.uk/forum.php?t=topic_view&uin=57

Will now look like
http://www.ngaming.co.uk/forum/topic/57/

And for multiple pages, stick 15/ or 30/ and so on on the end of that, to produce something looking like
http://www.ngaming.co.uk/forum/topic/15/

Topic reply URLs now also benefit from the wonder of .htaccess and look like:

http://www.ngaming.co.uk/forum/topic-reply/58/

whereas previously were:

http://www.ngaming.co.uk/forum.php?t=topic_reply&uin=58
