Hi sladey, welcome to nGaming.
The site has been around a while (in it's current form since Feb 2003), but the forums are pretty new. They're not that active at the moment because I've only really just started promoting them on the main NG site, and also partially because I wrote the scripts for them myself so there are much fewer features compared to most commonly used forums (phpBB, Invision, vBulletin etc which you might see on other sites).
Over the past couple of weeks a lot more members have started to come to the forums, so hopefully there will be a bit more action around here pretty soon.
