I've only just joined this site and I plan to stay on it for a long time writing reviews.
I just wanted to know any tips for my reviews, should I make them longer? Shorter? Or should I just quit altogether?
Please answer my question!

Re: How am I doing? Should I stop?
Hi ProReviewer, welcome to nGaming
Thanks for the great reviews you've been doing - please don't quit as they are definately worth publishing and are very much appreciated.
As for tips for improvement - in general making a review longer makes it better in the vast majority of cases. On the occasions I've reviewed games (not too often as writing isn't a great talent of mine), I've read through some reviews for the game on other large games sites to get inspiration. For example I recently reviewed the N-Gage game "King of Fighters: Extreme" (which Nokia kindly sent me for free), and I was really struggling with what to write - but after I read some reviews by professional journalists, I felt I had enough knowledge about the game to write something that could be passed off as a review (naturally none of what I wrote was copied - I just used other reviews to inspire me as to what I could write).
Another minor tip would be to spell check your work (there's a free online spellchecker at http://www.spellcheck.net/ , although it only does US English). I usually pick up on any spelling mistakes when I read through submitted reviews, but spelling checking yourself would add another level of protection against typos.
Once again big thanks for all the reviews you've done - I've been trying to persuade some game publishers to send preview copies of games to be reviewed and any games I get will be available for contributors like yourself and LiquidFox. Let me know what consoles you have and I'll bear that in mind when contacting people within the industry.

Re: How am I doing? Should I stop?
And also you could register at http://www.gamespress.com/ (they take a little while to approve your account and you might have to e-mail them and say you write reviews for nGaming) - this is a great site with loads of information that can be used when reviewing games (press releases, screenshots, release dates etc.)
