Nintendo plans to ship 2.8 million consoles before the end of the year, due to holiday demand. This represents an increase of just over 40% of the amount of consoles Nintendo originally intended to ship.
The DS hits European shores early in the first quarter of 2005. Will it have the same runaway success as in America and Japan? Only time will tell. Article posted 22nd December 2004 by LiquidFox.
