Bongo-controlled platform adventure, DK: Jungle Beat, set for Feb 2005 release

Nintendo announced yesterday that the European release date for "Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat" will be 4th February 2005.

Donkey Kong has to brave the dangers of the jungle in this new adventure with lush 3D visuals. Whether battling enormous beasts, collecting bananas, taking part in boxing matches or riding around on parrots, Donkey Kong has a lot in store in this bongo bashing bonanza.

Players play Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat using bongos - by tapping the left or right drum, tapping both drums together or clapping as each gives Donkey Kong a different move. By using these moves on the bongos, players will be able to run, jump, battle, swing from vines and collect bananas as they explore beautiful side-scrolling environments.
