Gizmondo signs development deal

SCi Games to develop latest A-list line-up internally for multi-entertainment handheld

LONDON, 8th April 2005 - Gizmondo Europe Ltd, subsidiary of Jacksonville, Florida-based Tiger Telematics Inc. (OTC: TGTL, TGTL.PK), confirmed today that four new eagerly anticipated titles announced earlier in the week will be developed in house by top British publisher of entertainment software, SCi Games.

Brand new blockbusters Battlestations: Midway and Total Overdose, will be releasing in the third quarter of this year, and the highly acclaimed Carmageddon and Conflict: Vietnam titles will follow suit this winter, after being carefully crafted for the Gizmondo's unique feature list.

Bill Ennis, Commercial Director, SCi says: "We're delighted to be providing our development know-how for these titles, and to be part of Gizmondo's growing catalogue."

Carl Freer, Co-founder and Chairman, Tiger Telematics, says: "SCi's expertise, development record, and attention to the finest of detail will ensure these outstanding titles drive home our commitment to delivering top-of-the-line entertainment on the Gizmondo."

About the games

Total Overdose
Deep in the heart of the Mexican jungle, undercover agent Ernesto Cruz blasts his way through an armed militia to board a DEA plane bound for home. He never made it, the victim of an alleged 'overdose'. Years later, after uncovering new evidence, Ernesto's son, Ramiro is set free from jail to join his twin brother Tommy, on the trail of their father's killer as they go on a super-cool, tequila fuelled rampage through Mexico's gun-toting, drug-pushing underworld.

Conflict: Vietnam
The latest game in a series that has now sold over 6 million copies worldwide follows the progress of four US soldiers, cut off from their unit and behind enemy lines during the 1968 Tet Offensive. Tasked with fighting their way back to friendly lines, they are faced with day-to-day survival in a hostile environment where the enemy could be hiding anywhere and everywhere. They are un-concerned with the course of the war but brutally aware as to the presence of the Viet Cong and of finding any way they can to survive.

Carmageddon
Pit you wits against manic drivers on a formidable line up of race circuits in your quest to become the King of Carnage and the Prince of the Pile-Up! Carmageddon has reinvented the driving game; your position doesn't count and it doesn't matter one iota who gets across the line first. All that counts is the amount of damage you inflict and organs you liberate on the way.

Battlestations: Midway
Experience every aspect of fierce WWII naval combat as you command a host of US and Allied air, sea and underwater units through intense, action-packed missions in hotspots across the Pacific. At your disposal are legendary war-machines of the period, including huge aircraft carriers, battleships, destroyers, land and carrier based bombers and even submarines, all equipped with authentic weaponry
