Pro Rugby Manager 2: Authentic to the Final Blade of Grass

Digital Jesters Unveil the 3D Stadiums of the Zurich Premiership

Rugby fans are used to spending their weekends huddled in the cold, watching the stars of the Zurich Premiership running about and staying nice and warm. Now you can finally take off your scarves and mittens. Digital Jesters are excited to present a taste of the authentic 3D stadiums that feature in Pro Rugby Manager 2, allowing those long suffering supporters to enjoy the same views from the comfort of their centrally heated living rooms.

Each of the 12 clubs from England's Zurich Premiership: Bath, Gloucester, Northampton Saints, Leicester Tigers, Leeds Tykes, Saracens, Worcester Warriors, Sale Sharks, Newcastle Falcons, London Irish, NEC Harlequins and the London Wasps have had their stadiums recreated in minute detail. Over a period of six months they have been photographed, surveyed, modelled and rendered to create a collection of the most detailed stadiums ever to appear on PC CDROM.

In addition, the top division in France, home of Pro Rugby Manager 2's developers Cyanide has received similar attention with all 16 teams; the proud owners of a virtual replica of their home ground.

"We want every fan who plays Pro Rugby Manager 2 to recognise their local stadium the second it appears on screen," says Neena Patel, PR director Digital Jesters. "Cyanide has ensured this by recreating the personality and individuality of every single Zurich Premiership stadium."

Pro Rugby Manager 2 will be available on PC CD-ROM in February 2005.

Founded in 2003, Digital Jesters is a British-based publisher of computer and video games. Set up by the duo responsible for launching and establishing the Sudden Strike and Cossacks series of games in the UK, the firm's remit is simple: to source and publish the best games available. The company's commitment to originality resulting in it snapping up the original TrackMania game from French developer Nadeo and DJ's ethos of community development strategy resulted in the game becoming one of the sleeper hits of the year. A tie-in with record-breaking yachtswoman Ellen Macarthur for the firm's second release Virtual Skipper 3 ensured the game received widespread attention among the elusive non-gamer. Cyanide the developer of Chaos League has also firmly placed the publisher on the map. The firm has enjoyed three top 10 PC hits and is expanding its operation to cover additional territories. It has also published its own comic book to widespread critical acclaim.
