Arcade Mode
At the Sega logo, press A + C + Start on joypad two. The phrase "Get Ready" will be sounded to confirm that arcade mode has been activated. When using a continue, the game will resume at the last position instead of a check point.

Debug Mode
At the Sega logo, press A + C + Start on joypad two. Then, at the title screen, press A + B + C + Start on joypad one.

Level Select
Hold A + B + C and press Left or Right when the "Start" and "Options" selections appear at the title screen.
