Unlimited Air
Save your game when Lara is swimming underwater, then load that save. The oxygen gauge will have been restored to the maximum level.

Unlimited Items
There are a number of points in the game where Lara can return to a room with items in after leaving. Each time this happens, the items will reappear and can be collected an unlimited number of times.
