Fight Akuma
Play a one-player game and get to Bison without using any continues to fight Akuma.

Fight as Akuma in Versus Mode
At the character selection screen in versus, press A + B + C + L + R + P. Hold these buttons until your opponent has selected their character to fight as Akuma.
