Complete the game to unlock Elite Mode. In Elite Mode you begin the game with only the knife and unloaded guns.

Xbox Live glitch
In the Aquarius level go to the pirates room and go to the corner on the flat platform of the stairs. Get your team member to give you a boost in that corner then get up and run around then jump off and all fishes will be flying around.
