Unlimited Shields and Turbos
At the 'Press Start' screen, press L + R, Z, L + R, Z. An 'Unlimited Energy/Turbo' message will appear to confirm you have entered the cheat correctly. The effects of this code last for one race, and will need to be re-entered if you wish to use this cheat again.
