All Tracks
Start a one-player game, then pause and go to the options. Select 'Sound' and highlight 'FX Volume'. Then press L1 + L2. This will unlock all tracks and the game will be 400% complete.

Bouncy Bean Cars
This trick will only work in multi-player mode. During the countdown at the beggining of the race, press Circle + Right. The cars will turn into giant jelly beans.

Night Racing
On the circuit selection screen, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 until a headlight appears in front of the car. Now start any circuit to race it at night.

Speed Boost
This trick will only work in multi-player mode. On the circuit selection screen, press Square + Triangle + O + X. An engine will appear under the track name, the cars will now have a speed boost.

Upside Down
On the circuit selection screen, press L2 + R2 + Down + X. An arrow will appear under the track name, the racing view will now be turned upside down.
