7777 Attacks (All Lucky Sevens)
If you have 7777 HP with a character on entry to battle, you will keep attacking 7777 until the enemy dies. After the battle, you will have only 1 HP.

Cast Magic Three Times at an Enemy
Get all your characters on Reflect status. Then, cast any attack spell on all three of your characters. The spell will bounce three times into the enemy, each with the attack power of a full spell.

Cloud's Flashback
After Cloud has had his coma following being taken into the Lifestream, go to the basement at the Shinra Mansion in Nibelheim. Then, enter the library and Cloud will have a flashback and about how he became a mercenary.

Combination to the Safe in Nibelheim
The combination is: Right to 36, left to 10, right to 59 then right to 97.

Doubling Items
This requires the W-Item materia found at the bottom of the Midgar Subway in Disc 3. The cheat is to double the amount of any item you have that is usable in battle (not weapons, armour, sources etc.) To perform the cheat, you must equip the W-Item materia on one of you characters, then in battle use the W-Item skill. First, use any item, (it doesn't have to be the one you are going to duplicate.) Then, on the second item, select the item you wish to duplicate by pressing circle, then press X to cancel your selection, this will double the amount of that item you have. You can keep doing this until you have 99 of that item. This cheat is very useful with elixirs and megalixirs.

Exchange Gil for GP
When at Gold Saucer go through the welcome sign then come back out again. Keep on doing this until a man appears in the far background, near the save location. Approach him, and he will ask if you want to change Gil into GP. Answer 'Yes' to exchange up to 10,000 Gil into 100 GP.

Extra Tetra Elementals
Go to the small desert island in the south under the Western Continent (the one that Wutai is on) with the Highwind or a gold chocobo. Walk around on the sand until you fight a monster resembling a cactus (Cactuar). Kill it with the Morph materia, this will cause it to become a Tetra-Elemental.
100% success rate.

Full Heal
During a battle cast Regen on all of your characters, and after the battle open the PlayStation lid up and the console will not read the victory, so therefore Regen will continue healing all of your characters.

For virtually unlimited Gil (money) master All Materia (it doesn't take long) and the you can sell it in any shop for 1400000 Gil.

Lots of Sources
If you go to the underwater plane wreck, every battle you meet a creature that you can morph into a source. This needs some morph materia. (Note, the first time you go there you meet the Turks which can not be morphed into sources.)

Slower Slots
During the battle arena you can slow the slots down by pressing the Square button, this can also be used on Cait Sith's slot limit break.

Tifa or Cid on Gold Saucer attraction
Sometimes when you go to the chocobo races with Tifa or Cid in your party they will ask if they can ride the chocobo. After this has happened once then you can have them race most of the time, this also works with the snowboarding.

Triple Magic
Give all the characters Reflect status, then cast an attack spell on all three of your characters. The attacks will reflect onto your enemy with triple the power of the attack.

Virtual Immortality
Get the Final Attack materia from the Gold Saucer, then connect it to Phoenix materia. This will mean every time the wearer of these two materia is killed, they bring every dead member of the team back to life when Phoenix is summoned. Use mastered materia and keep the wearers MP high so it can be used again and again.
