Infinite Money, God Mode, All Buildings, All Units
Make sure you have two controllers in your PSX, then hold down the start button on controller 2 and switch on the power, hold down the start button until the main menu comes up, the let go and press on controller 2 L1, R1, R2, L1, select, start. You can now have options for campaigns 2 & 3 and also once you are in the game if you press 0 (on controller 2) you get infinite money, if you press T you get god mode, R1 for all buildings and R2 for all units.
